At Vitality Fitness Training Inc. your privacy is important to us.
During your registration process, you will be asked to provide us with personal information which will be used for administration purposes. This will include your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number and emergency contact information. Your email address will be used to inform you of changes to our policies, cancellations and up-coming promotions.
Vitality Fitness Training Inc. also utilizes a biometric access system which requires the use of a fingerprint and a photograph to verify your identity and grant access to the facility. Your fingerprint is encrypted and cannot be used outside of Vitality Fitness Training Inc. software.
All information collected by Vitality Fitness Training Inc. will be kept completely confidential, and will not be sold, traded or divulged unless required by law.
Vitality Fitness Training Inc. reserves the right to amend this policy.
